Who we are
MedicSail is operated by MedicSail ("we", "us"). We provide consultancy services to health professionals who want to register and work in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we do and do not do
We assess eligibility, plan routes, review documents, guide applications, provide exam preparation and give career and relocation guidance.
We are independent of every regulator, exam body, government and employer. Regulators make all registration decisions, exam bodies set and mark exams, and employers make hiring decisions. We do not guarantee registration, an exam result, a job or a visa.
We do not give immigration or visa legal advice. Where you need it, we refer you to a regulated immigration adviser or licensed attorney.
You remain the applicant in every application. You are responsible for the truth and completeness of the information and documents you provide and for the declarations you make to regulators.
Our agreement with you
Before we start paid work we confirm in writing the package, what it includes, the fee and how to pay. That written confirmation and these terms form our agreement.
Fees for regulators, exams, verification services, translations and other third parties are not part of our fee. You pay them directly to those bodies.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and genuine documents, respond to our requests in reasonable time, and tell us promptly about changes that affect your application.
We will not knowingly help anyone submit false or misleading information to a regulator, and we may end our work if we are asked to.
Our guides and website
Our guides are general information researched from official sources and dated. Rules and fees change, so always confirm current requirements with the regulator before you apply or pay. Guides are not advice for your individual situation.
Content on this website belongs to us and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions or delays by regulators, exam bodies, verification services, employers or governments, or for losses that arise from inaccurate information you give us.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending our work
You can end our work at any time by telling us in writing. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may end our work if you breach these terms, with a refund for any work not yet done.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new agreements from the date shown. Questions: [email protected].
